Named after Dante Alighieri's 7th circle of Hell, this is a pretty feisty sauce!
We've  tweaked the process, but not the recipe, with the current batch. Instead of filtering out the seeds and pulp, we've left them in so you get the benefit of the entire chilli.
Made with Bhut Jolokia (aka Naga or Ghost) chillies and garlic, we've kept this recipe simple to let the complexities of these two ingredients shine 
Needless to say this is a hot one
